We have options for those who want to live healthier lifestyles by offering classes in weight loss or by taking Qi Gong course. Or if you are looking to improve upon your skillsets or are just curious we have classes in reflexology and fire cupping.

Cupping Therapy Certification Workshop

  • Professional development course
  • Cost is $350 and open to practitioners who are massage therapists and acupuncturists 
  • Practice the different types of cupping
  • Learn the benefits of cupping, including stress relief,relaxation, and more!
  • Learn the TCM Foundation knowledge of cupping
  • Learn to diagnose cupping marks
  • Understand safety practices and contraindications
  • Use cupping to treat chronic pain and other disorders

  • Cost $195
  • The Ultimate Weight Loss Plan diverts your attention away from the numbers (weight, calories, fat grams, etc.) and helps you understand that your extra weight is not a matter of counting, but instead, of turning your body into a fat-burning machine.
  • This full-day session will cover:

Reflexology Certification Workshop

Tribal Qi Gong

  • Professional development course
  • Cost is $350 for practictioners  who are massage therapists and physiotherapists
  • Reflexology is an ancient Chinese treatment that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears, offering a range of health benefits. 
  • This workshop is taught by a highly accomplished founder and traditional medicine practitioner, Dr. Diana Li, who has been practicing traditional Chinese medicine for over 30 years. Dr. Li’s expertise and dedication have led to healing, comfort, and pain relief to the thousands of patients she’s had over the years.

This 10-week course takes place on Fridays from 6:30-8:30 p.m. and begins on January 10. 
  • Cost is $150 for all 10 sessions or $20 for walk ins.
  • These Intro classes will focus on relaxation and soft flowing movements, stress release, balance/coordination, mindfulness and strengthening exercises.
  • In the various classes you will learn the different therapeutic effects and benefits of Tai Chi, yoga, dance and meditation with standing, laying ,sitting and moving Qi Gong which includes all 4 principles of movement and stillness.
  • The greatest benefits of this unique system is Dr Sahu Omri’s Dancing Qi - Healthy Qi Gong which incorporates music, play and laughter!
