Student Loans

New Nova Scotia student loan applications are available in May each year for those planning on attending a post-secondary institution. Applications are accessible online at http://studentloans.ednet.ns.ca/.

Should you not be a permanent resident of NS, having lived in the province for at least 12 consecutive months, you will need to apply for a student loan from the province in which you were previously living.

You must have your completed income forms at the time of completing your application. Once completed, please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
